Quality
Clay is a natural material and you can never glaze the products exactly the same. Therefore, your product may differ slightly from the product on the website. All measurements are approximate, I try my best to stay within what is stated. Colors may also differ depending on screen resolution.
Terms of purchase - Goods
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase or exchange your item within a period of 14 days after you have received your package. For the right to return, you must always pick up the item from your delivery location. You are responsible for shipping and that we get the product back unused and undamaged. If an item is damaged on return due to poor packaging, you will be charged.

Terms of purchase - Courses
As a participant as standard, you can book on and off up to 10 days before the start time. In case of cancellation within the time frame of the event's booking conditions, you are entitled to a refund of the fee minus a service fee amounting to 8% of the price.
If the event is canceled due to illness, for example, you have the right to recover the amount paid or change to another date.
Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to events or gift cards for specific events and dates.
Delivery time
As all products are handmade and unique, the delivery time is 3-4 weeks. If the product is already in stock, it will be sent within 7 days. You will be contacted in the event of any delays with a new delivery date, but fortunately this rarely happens.
Packaging
All ceramics are packaged with great care and caution. Should your product be damaged upon delivery, please contact me and we will find a solution.
Shipping
Standard shipping for Sweden is SEK 69 and is trackable. Right now I ship to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany and Great Britain.
